"How to See a Property for Lease"
Great. Your interested in getting more information about the property
and in setting up a time to see it. Below is a process which we have found
to be the most effective way to get you the information you need. Please
do the following:
- If you have additional questions that you feel you need answered first,
please contact us either by phone at (513)
396-SALE (7253) or via email.
- Print out the Property information page which has the directions to the
property and/or use the MapQuest site to print out a map to the property.
- Drive by the property and check out the area and the exterior of the home
or apartment. If we have told you that the home or apartment is unoccupied, feel free to
look through the windows. Typically there will be an information sheet
in a container attached to a sign in the yard. Feel free to pick one
up for additional information.
- You LOVE the home or apartment and want to see it as soon as possible!
- Contact us as stated in step 1. We will schedule a time to show you
this beautiful home or apartment as soon as possible.
- When you view the property you can pickup an application of the Kitchen
counter or download on by clicking here.
