"How to Purchase a home"
In a matter of hours you can own a home not weeks and months as you may be
used to when dealing with a bank. No loans to qualify for, loan fees to
pay, or hoops to jump through. Just follow the steps below and before you
know it we will be handing you the keys to your new home:
Note: We assume at this point you have already seen the property, love it,
and are interested in purchasing the home. (reference "How
to See a Property" if you haven't already).
- Complete the application and fax it with all requested additional
information to (513) 631-7368.
- Mail your original application to us with at 7672 Montgomery Rd.,
#340, Cincinnati OH 45236.
- Please contact us either by phone at (513)
396-SALE (7253) or via email
and leave us a message letting us know you faxed and mailed the application
for us so we know to expect it.
- We will normally process your application in a day sometimes less and will
contact you hopefully to say congratulations on being a new home owner!
- We will fax or email you a copy of our lease and option agreement and schedule a
time to meet for you to give us the required down payment.
- We will schedule a move in date/time and will meet you at the property to
give you the keys and sign the agreements.
- You will receive a folder with a copy of all the documents as well as any
information relating to the home, the appliances, home owner's association
that we have available.
Best case scenario, this process can be completed in a matter of hours!
